Challenges & Solutions
Engineering trust through branding and UX
Even the best tech teams need more than code. We helped Tent Softlab transform their capabilities into a clear brand, professional identity, and scalable digital presence, ready to attract clients, partners, and talent.
1
Lack of Strategic Positioning
Tent Softlab had strong engineering expertise and multiple real-world projects, but lacked a clearly articulated value proposition.
Their services and strengths were difficult to quickly understand for non-technical decision-makers, especially during early sales conversations.
We worked closely with the founder and internal team to translate technical depth into clear positioning, defining what Tent Softlab stands for, who it serves, and why it’s different. Together, we structured messaging that balances technical credibility with business clarity, across the website, service pages, and case studies.
2
No Cohesive Visual Brand System
The company operated without a unified visual identity. Colors, typography, layouts, and visual language varied across materials, making the brand feel fragmented and less credible in enterprise contexts.
We designed a complete brand system from scratch, covering logo refinement, color palette, typography, iconography, and layout principles. All elements were documented in a brand book to ensure long-term consistency across digital platforms, presentations, and marketing materials.
3
Strong Projects, Weak Storytelling
While Tent Softlab had enough successful projects and real case studies, there was no time or structure internally to turn them into compelling stories. The value of their work was hidden behind technical descriptions and fragmented documentation.
Together with the client and their team, we co-created structured case studies that highlight problems, solutions, impact, and technical decisions in a clear narrative. This collaborative approach ensured authenticity while elevating the storytelling quality to a consulting-grade standard.
4
Developer Dependency for Website Updates
All website changes previously required developer involvement, slowing down updates and limiting flexibility for marketing and sales efforts.
We built a modular, Framer-based website that allows the team to manage content independently without sacrificing performance, design consistency, or responsiveness. This significantly reduced friction between technical and business workflows.
5
Lack of Professional Visual Assets
The team did not have high-quality, representative visuals for the website and marketing materials. This limited trust-building with potential clients and made it harder to present the company professionally.
We organized and directed a professional photoshooting session for the team, ensuring consistent and credible imagery aligned with the new brand identity.
These visuals now support the website, presentations, proposals, and social channels.
6
Missing Supporting Marketing Collateral
Tent Softlab lacked structured supporting materials such as demo videos, promo assets, and printed materials to support business development and partnerships.
We created video demo materials, promotional visuals, and branded collateral, including business cards designed to work seamlessly with the new brand system.
This gave the client a complete toolkit for sales, partnerships, and conferences.
